Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect: Conduct visual and measurement tests on products and components as they move through the production process.
• Verify Specifications: Ensure parts and assemblies conform to required specifications, blueprints, and customer standards.
• Identify Defects: Uncover defects from standards and provide feedback to production to make necessary adjustments.
• Use Computer Programs: Input and manage inspection data using relevant computer software for reporting, tracking, and analysis purposes.
• Interpret Documentation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other specifications to ensure compliance.
• Document Findings: Record and update inspection results in reports and logs for documentation and quality tracking.
• Maintain Quality Standards: Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work cooperatively with production and other teams to maintain flow and address quality issues.
• Ensure Safety: Follow safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
