Ezeflow USA, Inc. – Flowline Division in New Castle, PA is seeking a motivated Quality Inspector and NDE Trainee to join our manufacturing team.

You will inspect incoming materials, in-process fabrications, and finished metal products to verify compliance with work orders and specifications. This role includes a structured training pathway toward certification as a Level II Liquid Penetrant Inspector within 6 to 10 months of on-the-job training; prior inspection experience is valued, with

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing inspection environments preferred.
• Ability to use measuring instruments and tools with accuracy.
• Willingness to participate in NDE training for Level II LP Inspector.

Responsibilities

• Measure centerlines and reference points to verify layouts and setup.
• Verify material sizes and properties per specifications.
• Train for nondestructive testing to Level II Liquid Penetrant Inspector.
• Perform visual inspection for defects and assess acceptance.
• Document inspection results and report nonconformances.
• Operate forklift as required.
