Diazyme laboratories, Inc. is a cGMP and ISO 13485 certified medical device manufacturer. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Inspector located in Poway, CA (San Diego area).

This person will join a multidisciplinary Quality team focusing on diagnostic product quality assurance. Under supervision, you will inspect raw materials, labels, sub-assemblies, equipment and finished goods to ensure conformance to specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in biotech, chemical, electrical, mechanical or metrology inspection and calibration.
• Ability to read drawings and raw material specs, perform basic math, and communicate effectively with all levels.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information; familiarity with Microsoft Office software.

Responsabilités

• Inspect raw material parts, labels, sub-assemblies, equipment and finished goods to ensure quality.
• May assist with incoming material or equipment testing to verify requirements.
• Monitor quality using statistical process or other control procedures.
• Work in lab or warehouse environment, standing/walking, lifting up to 50lbs.
• Adhere to laws and company procedures, work safely and as assigned.
