Job summary

Elite Comfort Solutions, a Leggett & Platt Company, is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure all products meet customer specifications in our lean manufacturing environment at our North Carolina facility. You will participate in 6S, monitor conformance, communicate quality policies, and support continual improvement while keeping a safe, orderly workplace. A high school diploma or GED is required, with experience in lean manufacturing and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing environment.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 6S/Safety Committee and document minutes and action items.
• Monitor and measure product conformance to customer requirements.
• Communicate the quality policy to all people at the facility.
• Ensure timely quality checks are performed per quality plans.
• Recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Control non-conforming product and verify corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
• Participate in continual improvement processes.
