Job summary

QuickHire is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector Lead to supervise inspection workflow and ensure compliance with customer requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will coach inspectors, drive continuous improvement, maintain accurate documentation, and support CAPA activities while coordinating with logistics to keep material flow efficient and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of manufacturing or plant experience.
• 2–3 years of team leadership experience.
• Experience using precision inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, height gauges).
• Strong understanding of quality inspection principles, calibration and measurement techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality reporting.
• Comfortable in a manufacturing or warehouse environment with safety standards.

Responsibilities

About the Role

QuickHire is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector Lead (ITA) to support inspection operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing inspection workflow, supporting quality initiatives, monitoring inspector performance, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and quality standards. The position plays a key role in maintaining product quality, driving continuous improvement, and supporting Project Coordinators through coaching and operational oversight.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inspection team workflow to ensure compliance with customer-specific quality standards.
• Evaluate inspector performance and provide feedback to Project Coordinators.
• Support quality planning, assembly, and inspection processes.
• Ensure proper control, documentation, and segregation of non-conforming and scrap materials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical training in manufacturing or quality systems.
• QMS, ISO, or AS9102 certification is a plus.

Pay & Shift

• Pay: $19-20/hour
• Full-time positions available
• 12-hour shifts: 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am
• Overtime may be required based on production needs
