Job summary

E-Merge Resources LLC is seeking a Production Associate / Quality Inspector to join our Vonore, TN team. The role focuses on visual inspections of parts, identifying defects, and sorting acceptable versus non-conforming items. Shifts run day or night with weekly pay and immediate openings.

Pay ranges up to $18.25 per hour, with potential attendance bonuses and opportunities to advance to future Stratosphere Quality projects based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive inspection and sorting tasks.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of manufactured parts and components.
• Identify defects and products that do not meet quality standards.
• Sort and separate acceptable and non-conforming parts.
• Follow established inspection procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain accurate counts and documentation as required.
• Report quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures.
• Perform additional quality inspection or sorting duties as assigned.
