Job summary

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED certificate and production experience, metrology, or prior quality inspection.
• Must read and write English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Good computer skills for electronic quality management system and batch record documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspection of raw materials, parts, and assemblies.
• Verify labels and maintain documentation and records per quality plan.
• Identify nonconforming product and determine disposition per procedures.
• Use precision measuring devices and test instruments to ensure specifications.
• Review device history records for completeness and accuracy.
