Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read and follow drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect parts, assemblies, and subassemblies to engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Verify components meet quality and customer requirements.
  • Identify defects and quality concerns.
  • Create and document non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  • Initiate corrective action requests for recurring quality issues.
  • Perform inspections and specialized testing as required.
  • Verify test results on components and completed assemblies.
  • Maintain and distribute quality records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and process teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
