Stellar Energy Americas Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Quality Inspector Level I to support production across energy systems, ensuring compliance with the Quality Manual and ISO 9001:2015.

Based in Fort Worth, this full-time role reports to the Quality Manager and involves inspecting welds, administering weld qualifications, reviewing logs, and ensuring calibration and traceability per procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Visual Testing Level II certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience in industrial production manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspects welds to code standards.
• Administers welding qualification tests for new hires.
• Reviews Weld Inspection Log and coordinates corrections.
• Ensures WQR and WPS are used per ASME Section IX or AWS D1.1.
• Performs receiving inspections and records results per procedures.
• Prepares for ISO 9001 and other audits.
