Job summary

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems in Camden, AR is seeking an Inspection Operator I (Temp Conversion MACS) to perform routine inspections, tests and sampling of standard parts and materials. You will document results, coordinate calibration, assist with procedures, and work under close supervision with defined methods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs repetitive and routine inspections, checks, tests and sampling of standard parts, units, equipment, or materials.
• Inspects purchased parts, subassemblies or finished products to defined criteria using standard measurements.
• Reworks or rejects subassemblies or finished products as required.
• Audits to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Documents inspection and testing results.
• Coordinates calibration of test equipment and fixtures.
• Assists with inspection procedures, protocol and checklists.
