Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months of quality control experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and in-process products to ensure specifications are met.
• Document inspection findings and submit reports to QC Supervisor or delegate.
• Input data into QC software systems accurately.
• Communicate quality concerns to QC personnel and supervisors for corrective action.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain professional communication and teamwork.
• Comply with safety standards and report safety concerns immediately.
• Follow all departmental procedures and standards.
• Participate in cross-functional rotation with other QC/QA areas.
• Perform basic math calculations (percentages, fractions, decimals).
• Work in cold environments for short periods.
• Stand, walk, or climb stairs for 8–10 hours per shift.
• Lift up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed.
