Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to ensure product conformance from incoming to final assembly in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.

You will perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other tools, document results, and support CAPA, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience and can read engineering drawings. HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing or high-tech environments.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and process specifications.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
• Use precision measurement tools to validate product conformance.
• Verify conformance against drawings, MPI, and BOMs.
• Generate inspection reports and nonconformances (NCRs).
• Document results in QMS and ERP systems to support traceability.
• Support internal and customer audits and CAPA activities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to drive improvements.
