Job summary

Johnstech is seeking a Quality Inspector for 1st shift. This entry-level role trains you to perform dimensional, visual, electronic, and nondestructive tests on parts and assemblies to verify they meet specifications, and to collect data for process improvements.

You will follow test procedures, perform final testing in a clean room, record results, and communicate findings with engineers and production staff to help drive corrective actions. A HS diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required and willingness to learn new testing techniques.
• Able to read and comprehend prints/drawings including the use of a microscope.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in parts and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Conduct dimensional, visual, electronic, and nondestructive tests on parts and assemblies to ensure they meet specifications.
• Enter non-conformances when parts or test results do not meet requirements.
• Record test data and communicate results with engineers and production personnel.
