Job summary

Safran Cabin, part of the Safran Group, is seeking a Quality Inspector I for the 2nd shift in Los Angeles, CA. You will contribute to the quality of aircraft interiors by inspecting incoming parts, performing first article inspections, and interpreting engineering drawings to ensure adherence to specifications.

This role requires a high school diploma, 4-7 years of experience in quality inspection, and proficiency with precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

The expected salary range for this position is between USD $21.75/hr. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. Current Union Employees should refer to WWS Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

Candidate skills & requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 4-7 years.

Computer Skill: Familiar with Windows Operating System®. Basic skills with Microsoft office systems.

Other Skills: Must possess ability to use precision measuring instruments. Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications and other technical literature is preferred. Ability to effectively use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, etc. Identify problems with some solving capabilities
