Job summary

MS Companies is seeking an entry-level Inspector 1 (Quality Control) for the 1st shift at our Rockmart, GA facility. You will perform visual/manual inspections, document findings, and support quality assurance using our digital reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and follow detailed verbal instructions.
• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with quality standards, work instructions, or inspection checklists.
• Experience using digital reporting systems (tablets or mobile apps).

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or manual inspection of parts and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformances to leadership.
• Follow established quality inspection procedures at all stages of production.
• Accurately record inspection results using company systems and tools.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled.
• Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
