Job summary

Integer in Minneapolis, MN is hiring for a quality inspection role focused on adherence to QMS/EMS and FDA-compliant processes. You will inspect using standard tools, analyze results, and troubleshoot issues while maintaining documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to quality management and regulatory requirements; follows procedures to inspect items.
• Uses standard measuring tools and instruments to perform inspections per specifications.
• Performs analysis using standard procedures to accept or reject items.
• Troubleshoots and develops solutions for technical problems of limited scope.
• Repairs, modifies, and/or maintains measurement systems and equipment when needed.
• Sets up and runs measurement systems with direction.
• Provides input on evolution of equipment, systems and processes through problem-solving.
• Works individually and in teams with guidance as needed.
• Prepares and documents paperwork to ensure device history records are accurate.
• Interacts with other departments to provide data, analysis results and decisions.
• Performs other functions as required.

1. Adheres to GB Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, Company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.

2. Uses standard measuring tools, measuring machines, and electronic instruments to perform inspections in accordance with authorized specification and quality control standards.

3. Performs analysis using standard or custom procedures to make accept/reject decisions.

4. Performs basic troubleshooting, as necessary. Develops solutions for technical problems of limited scope.

5. May repair, modify and/or maintain systems and measurement equipment

6. Sets up and runs measurement systems with direction.

7. Uses judgement and problem-solving skills to provide input in the evolution of measurement equipment, systems and processes.

8. Works in individual and team settings with guidance as needed.

9. Prepares necessary documentation and ensures paperwork compliance on all inspected items, including filing, scanning and verification of device history records.

10. Interacts professionally with other departments to provide data, analysis results and decisions.

11. Performs other functions as required.

Pay Range: $18.64 - $27.34
