Purple Innovation, LLC in McDonough, GA is seeking a Quality Inspector I to join our manufacturing QC team. The role focuses on incoming, in-process, and final product inspection to ensure only high-quality mattresses reach customers.

You will document results, assist in investigations of nonconformances, and help develop test methods and inspection plans while supporting supplier interactions. This is a full-time on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Experience with product testing and inspection.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of core QC functions for incoming, in-process, and final product control.
• Accurately document acceptance or rejection of parts and equipment.
• Assist investigations of nonconformances, corrective actions, and audits.
• Help develop test methods and inspection plans.
• Assist validations of test methods, equipment, and processes.
• Coordinate with Purchasing for supplier interactions (receiving inspection).
• Perform standard and non-standard dimensional and functional tests.
