Job summary

Quality Inspector position in Canonsburg, PA, with relocation assistance available, is a full-time role on 1st or 2nd shifts. You will perform in-process and final inspections, verify documentation, and work with production and engineering to resolve issues quickly.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of heavy manufacturing quality experience, knowledge of ISO 9000, and the ability to read drawings. On-site duty required; relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9000 quality systems.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and electrical schematics.
• On-site work required (onsite only).

Responsibilities

• Ensure components meet quality requirements.
• Allocate time on floor and documentation.
• Inspect incoming parts, in-process builds, and finished products.
• Monitor quality gates across manufacturing stages.
• Interpret drawings, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and specs.
• Conduct electrical and mechanical inspections.
• Verify quality control sheets and records.
• Escalate nonconformances and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure ISO 9001 and customer specs compliance.
• Participate in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Calibrate and use gauges and inspection equipment.
