Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and engineering drawings.
• Experience with precision measurement tools preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, math, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings to determine specs and quality requirements.
• Perform in-process and final inspections of custom rubber products.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Learn company-specific inspection methods and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and communicate quality concerns clearly.
• Identify quality issues and assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
