Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Ability to understand and apply quality criteria and procedures.
• Familiarity with basic quality inspection methods.

Responsibilities

• Act as an impartial third party between production and customer facility to ensure product meets criteria.
• Perform quality inspection/audits on incoming material using hand gages and visual checks.
• Identify non-conforming parts and guide rework, sorting or scrapping as directed.
• Determine tools and equipment needed and prepare parts for processing.
• Communicate inspection results to managers and production teams.
