Valley Cabinet in De Pere, WI is seeking a Quality Inspector to support manufacturing operations by inspecting materials, components, and finished products to ensure quality standards. You will work with a team to maintain product quality, production efficiency, and continuous improvement.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to read drawings and instructions, and strong communication in English. Schedule is full-time with a Monday-Thursday/Friday shift pattern; safety and teamwork are

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to use measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to identify defects and quality concerns.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to use sound judgment when identifying quality concerns.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to understand work instructions, safety guidelines, and job-related communication.

Responsabilités

• Inspect materials, components, and finished products to verify quality standards and specifications.
• Use measuring tools, gauges, and visual inspection methods to evaluate product quality.
• Follow inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Verify product quality throughout various stages of production.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
• Communicate quality concerns and product issues as needed.
• Support quality improvement efforts and corrective actions.
