Job summary

ODW Logistics is a 3PL provider delivering end-to-end supply chain solutions with a people-focused approach. This Quality Control Inspector role supports receiving, inspection, and data-keeping across company facilities in Groveport and beyond.

Responsibilities include inspecting materials, approving shipments, maintaining QC procedures, and ensuring a safe, orderly work area. The position offers flexible hours, including weekends, with on-site work at multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one-year experience working as a Quality Control Inspector using quality control techniques, statistical process control, and supplier/vendor quality control experience.
• On the job training is provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all incoming materials to verify compliance to specifications.
• Accept or reject shipments based on inspection results.
• Prepare and maintain a database to establish parameters and procedures to determine acceptable statistically based data, based on levels of acceptance or rejection of materials.
• Prepare a written manual detailing receiving procedure to include supplier requirements and company specifications for materials.
• Ensure the work area is kept in a safe and orderly manner.
