Job summary

Qualigence International in Painesville, OH seeks a Finishing Inspector to ensure complex parts meet blueprint tolerances before shipment. You’ll perform final and in‑process inspections, document results, and package parts per written instructions.

Must have 2+ years of related inspection experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with inspection tools (optical comparator, height gage, calipers, micrometers, microscopes) and the ability to read blueprints are required.

Help us make every part perfect. As a Finishing Inspector, you’ll ensure complex, tight-tolerance components meet every blueprint and spec before they ship.

What You’ll Do

• Perform final inspections using clear, designated checklists
• Conduct in-process inspections on finishing operations
• Verify parts against blueprint tolerances and specifications
• Identify and report nonconforming product per AMMI quality procedures
• Document inspection results accurately and completely
• Package parts following written instructions
• Use inspection tools: optical comparator, height gage, calipers, micrometers, 3x/10x microscopes
• Support other quality tasks as directed by the Inspection Foreman or Quality Manager
