PCC Structurals – Carson City is looking for an entry‑level Quality Inspector to support Final Dimensional Verification, or FDV, for aerospace castings and components. In this role, you’ll use precision measurement tools, technical instructions, and inspection processes to confirm that each part meets its requirements before moving forward.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• This is a Level 1, entry‑level opportunity.
• Previous manufacturing, quality inspection, or aerospace experience is helpful but not required.
• Basic math, computer, and organizational skills are preferred.
• Previous exposure to blueprints, technical documents, or measurement tools is helpful.
• Ability to learn inspection tools, measurement techniques, and quality requirements.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, and perform inspection work for extended periods.
• Lift and maneuver up to 35 pounds independently.
• Use precision tools requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Work in manufacturing and inspection areas with exposure to noise, dust, and operating equipment.
