Job summary

Essential Cabinetry Group is seeking a Quality Inspector for the Rockledge, FL plant on the first shift. You will ensure product quality through inspection of materials, adherence to standards, and documentation of results.

You will work with production teams to identify defects, manage non-conforming materials, and coordinate rework when feasible. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to follow safety protocols on a manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Proficient in geometric tolerances and quality practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office.
• Able to distinguish colors and perform hand-eye coordination tasks.
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products for defects and deviations from specifications.
• Maintain and document inspection results and records.
• Segregate non-conforming materials and perform on-spot touch-ups when possible.
• Coordinate with line operators to communicate quality standards.
• Follow safety rules and PPE requirements on the production floor.
• Analyze customer drawings, prints, and specifications for finished product.
