ManpowerGroup is seeking a Quality Inspector Associate in Smithville, TN to support the QA/Inspection team and ensure accurate quality records.

The role requires attention to detail, adaptability to changing production needs, and a positive, self-motivated attitude. You will work 2nd or 3rd shifts and contribute to a climate-controlled, quality-focused environment.

  • Use inspection, measuring, and test equipment as required to verify quality standards.
  • Complete required training classes and follow all employee policies and other duties as assigned.

As a Quality Inspector Associate, you will be part of the Quality Assurance/Inspection team supporting customer-focused quality efforts. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the flexibility to adapt to changing production and customer needs—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Smithville, TN
Pay Range:

2nd shift 2:00pm to 10:00pm
3rd shift 10:00pm to 6:00am

Shift: $15.50
