Job summary

Menasha Corporation in the United States is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure products meet our quality standards through audits and documentation.

You will inspect in-process and finished goods, assist with daily quality concerns, promote safety, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and ASQ certification preferred; willingness to work alternate shifts and learn all department tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ASQ certification.
• 6 months quality experience or equivalent manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products (in process and finished goods) and document findings as required.
• Support plant personnel on daily quality concerns/risks and communicate concerns to leadership.
• Work safely following Menasha Values of Safety, Quality and Productivity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other software.
• Be willing to work alternate shifts and learn all department tasks.
• Support Continuous Improvement; promote 6S and STW activities.

About The Opportunity

Responsible for inspection and audits of products to ensure alignment with quality standards. Complying with Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Inspect products (in process and finished goods) and document findings as required.

2. Support plant personnel on daily quality concerns/risks and effectively communicate concerns to all applicable personnel and leadership.

3. Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, following Menasha Values of Safety, Quality and Productivity (always and in that order).

4. Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other software.

5. Willing to work alternate shifts as needed and be familiar with all job tasks in the department.

6. Support Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain all CI, 6S and STW activities.

7. Maintain a safe & clean work space.

1. Other duties as assigned.
