MS Companies is hiring an Inspector 1 (Quality Control) for the 2nd Shift (4:00 PM–3:00 AM) to support automotive manufacturing clients. You will inspect parts, document findings, and report defects using MS Companies’ systems. Strong attention to detail and familiarity with inspection procedures are essential.

The role offers a $19.25/hour base pay, a $250 Sign On Bonus, daily use of company tools, and opportunities for career advancement in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience is required.
• Familiarity with quality standards, work instructions, or inspection checklists.
• Experience using digital reporting systems (e.g., tablets, mobile apps, or Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or manual inspection of parts and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformances to leadership.
• Follow established quality inspection procedures at all stages of production.
• Accurately record inspection results using company systems and tools.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled.
• Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
