Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Quality Inspector in the United States (Colorado) to perform routine inspections and ensure product conformance across production stages. The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of inspection experience in medical device or pharma settings, plus familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year experience using inspection techniques in medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience reading technical drawings and using measuring instruments preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft PC applications and MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production.
• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products for visual, mechanical, and dimensional characteristics using inspection sheets and sampling plans.
• Compare results with specifications and document deviations.
• Read and follow visual aids, engineering change notices, and operating procedures.
• Perform visual inspections using magnification, sampling methods, first article checks, and/or AOI machines.
• Enter inspection results into MES systems.
• Perform lot release and archive batch documentation.
• Prepare documentation and ensure compliance.
• Assist in training co-workers.
• Perform roving auditor inspections in manufacturing environments.
• Follow all safety, health, and security policies.
