Job description

Position Details:

2^nd Shift Mon-Fri 3:30pm-11:30pm

Your Expertise:

• 2+ years of inspection experience in an aerospace or general manufacturing environment is a plus
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints or technical procedures
• Working knowledge of geometric tolerancing, gages, micrometers, borescopes, and other measuring tools
• Strong background in manufacturing with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Your Challenge:

• Perform final inspection of finished aerospace engine parts and components
• Experience operating CMM using PCDMIS is a plus
• Measure features and holes on parts or components to determine acceptability based on customer requirements
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using appropriate gaging and measuring equipment
• Interpret operation sheets and blueprints to meet customer criteria for acceptable parts
• Ensure all inspected parts meet acceptance criteria
• Complete required paperwork for defective or re-worked parts

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
