Job summary

Aequor Technologies LLC in Warsaw, IN is seeking a Receiving Inspector for a 1-year W2 contract to ensure every product meets exact specifications before shipment.

The role involves running dimensional, cosmetic, and documentation inspections on finished and in-process products, reviewing history records, and collaborating with Quality and Manufacturing Engineers to maintain top quality. Physical ability to lift 40–50 lbs may be required, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T understanding.
• Proficient with calipers, micrometers and CMM inspection.
• Comfortable with shop math including decimals and fractions.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional, cosmetic, and documentation inspections on finished and in-process products.

Receiving Inspector | 1-Year W2 Contract | Warsaw, IN

Warsaw is known as the Orthopedic Capital of the World, and the products that leave these doors end up helping real patients. Before anything ships, someone has to make sure it's exactly right. That someone could be you.

What you'll do:

• Run dimensional, cosmetic, and documentation inspections on finished and in-process products
• Review master product history records (manufacturing, inspection, labeling, packaging) for accuracy
• Inspect and verify products, labels, package inserts, and contents against spec
• Evaluate and disposition customer returns
• Work alongside inspectors, Quality Engineers, and Manufacturing Engineers to keep quality on point

What you bring:

• Strong blueprint reading and solid GD&T understanding
• Hands-on with mics, calipers, scales, comparators, Surfcom, Roncom, and CMM
• Confident with shop math (decimals and fractions)
• Experience with routers, process tickets, MIS, IIS, and traceability records, and you can spot a documentation error fast
• Comfortable in DCS, JDE, Synquest, Livelink, and Excel
• Works well with others and independently with minimal supervision
• Able to lift 40–50 lbs and flexible for occasional overtime on short notice

Nice to have:

• ASQ Certified Mechanical Inspector (CMI) or prior inspection experience
• Travel: up to 5%
