Walden's Machine – a division of Precision Castparts Corp. (Aerostructures) in Tulsa, OK, is seeking an entry-level Quality Inspector to support in-process and final inspections of machined parts, assemblies, and hardware.
Level One inspectors work under the Quality Manager guidance, learn to apply GD&T, read blueprints, and use standard inspection tools and MS Office. Ideal for candidates with 0–1 years' manufacturing experience and a willingness to learn.

Level One – At the direction of the Quality Manager, level one quality inspectors train to develop the ability to use predetermined methods, operations, setups, and prescribed specifications to perform in‑process and completed inspection of products such as machined parts, mechanical assemblies, processed parts and purchased standard hardware. They also perform verifications of part identification and configurations. Level one quality inspectors will arrange inspection queues to identify priority work and will identify and segregate non‑conforming product using basic knowledge of Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing methods per ASME 14.5, and common inspection measuring equipment including, but not limited to, surface plates, micrometers, height gauges, radius gauges, protractors, profilometers, bore gauges, and dial indicators as necessary to complete assignments. Level one quality inspectors will demonstrate blueprint reading and basic math skills, basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to use MRP or ERP systems after instruction. Typically 0–1 years of experience.
Basic proficiency in shop math and GD&T comprehension and application.
