You play a critical role in protecting the performance and reliability of mission‑critical technologies used across electronic warfare, radar, and advanced communications systems. Inspect incoming materials, in‑process builds, and finished products for compliance with specifications
Perform mechanical, electrical, and visual inspections using precision measurement tools
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection plans
Identify, document, and report nonconforming materials or processes
Prepare inspection, rejection, and first article reports
Communicate inspection results and recommend corrective actions
Support quality audits and supplier inspections
Enter inspection and test data into quality systems
Apply acceptance or rejection identification as required
Help reduce rework, downtime, and quality escapes
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications – required
Experience using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges – required
Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical inspection methods – required
High attention to detail and strong documentation skills – required
Vocational certificate or Associate degree in a technical field – required
10+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment – required
