Job summary

KL Outdoor is seeking a quality-focused inspector to join the manufacturing team on the shop floor. The role centers on ensuring product quality through visual inspection, mechanical checks, and accurate data recording to verify compliance with specifications.

You will use hand tools, gauges, and tape measures to inspect in-process and finished parts, certify or reject items, and communicate issues with supervisors to uphold high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Responsible for conducting and testing procedures during manufacturing process to ensure products comply with quality standards.
• Record and analyze product data.
• Interact with employees and supervisors to ensure compliance and that all issues are resolved.
• Certify or reject specific products.
• Perform mechanical and dimensional inspection on components and assemblies per specifications.
• Inspect all in process and finished products visually as well as using hand tools, gauges, and tape measures.
