TRIGO Global Quality Solutions - Quality Inspector

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has immediate openings for Quality Inspectors in Lafayette, IN. The position offers $17/hr for a 2nd shift (2:30 PM to 11:00 PM).

Reports to

Site Supervisor/Site Leads

Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship & Business Development: Act as an impartial third party to ensure products meet set criteria.
2. Operations: Perform quality inspections and audits on incoming materials, use hand gaging and visual techniques, and manage non-conforming parts through rework, sorting, or scrapping.
3. Organization & Management: Communicate inspection results to managers and production teams.
4. Technical Skills: Use basic hand tools for repairs and cleaning, and utilize company portal for time recording.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility, initiative, and discretion handling sensitive materials.
• Physical ability to lift/move 30 pounds and reliable transportation.

Work Experience

• At least 1 year in a quality-related position.
• Basic knowledge of materials, production processes, and quality control methods.

Education
