Job summary

603 Manufacturing, located in Hudson, NH, seeks a skilled Inspector to perform detailed inspections of materials, components, and finished products using precision instruments. You will read and interpret drawings to ensure conformance with design requirements and document non-conformances for corrective action.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing or quality inspection, familiarity with ISO 9001/AS9100D, IPC/WHMA-A-620, and AS9102 FAI.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection role.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D requirements preferred.
• Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 preferred.
• Familiarity with AS9102 First Article Inspections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, tape measures).
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure products meet design requirements.
• Identify and document non-conforming materials or products and provide feedback to operators.
• Maintain accurate inspection records
• Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with company and industry standards.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with customer workmanship standards.
• Participate in root cause analysis and recommend solutions to prevent recurring issues.
• Other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

Education:
