Job summary

Kelly is seeking a meticulous QA Inspector to ensure quality across production stages at our Florence, KY facility. You will perform detailed inspections, read visual work instructions, and record results in the MES to ensure traceability and compliance.

You'll use magnification devices, AOI tools, and sampling methods, follow safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement through accurate data and adherence to certifications.

Qualifications

• 3–6 month experience in production or inspection (printed circuit board manufacturing preferred) or related degree.
• QC certification required.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections throughout all stages of the production process.
• Inspect in-process and finished assemblies to verify quality standards and product compliance.
• Read, interpret, and follow visual work instructions, engineering notices, and established procedures.
• Utilize magnification tools, AOI equipment, and sampling methods to perform precise inspections.
• Accurately record inspection results within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment while following company health and safety standards.
