MORryde International in Indiana is seeking experienced Quality Inspectors to support multiple production areas, including Chassis, Robotic Welding, and Baggage Door Assembly. You will inspect parts, interpret prints, use measuring tools, and ensure products meet internal and customer quality standards.

The role requires attention to detail, strong measurement skills, and the ability to write work instructions and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Work independently to manage daily responsibilities and quality goals while maintaining a team-focused approach.

Description

MORryde is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Quality Inspectors to join our team!

We are currently hiring Quality Inspectors to support several areas of our manufacturing operations, including our Chassis Division, Robotic Welding Department, and Baggage Door Assembly Department.

As a Quality Inspector at MORryde, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our products meet established quality standards before they reach our customers. We’re looking for someone who has a strong eye for detail, experience using measuring equipment, solid print-reading skills, and a commitment to producing quality work.

What You’ll Do

As part of the MORryde Quality Team, you will:

• Perform inspections on manufactured parts
• Use measuring equipment to verify products meet required specifications
• Read and interpret prints
• Identify quality concerns and determine when corrective action is needed
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action solutions
• Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and other technical quality documents
• Conduct product and process audits
• Communicate quality concerns clearly with production teams, Supervisors, Plant Managers, Engineering, and other Quality Team members
• Help ensure MORryde products consistently meet our internal quality standards and customer expectations

Requirements

• Previous inspection, quality control, or manufacturing quality experience
• Experience using basic measurement and inspection equipment
• Ability to read and interpret prints
• Strong tape measure and mathematical skills
• Ability to write work instructions and process documentation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Customer-focused attitude with a sense of urgency
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mentality
• Ability to consistently lift up to 60 lbs.

Previous PPAP Documentation Experience Is a Plus.
