Job summary

Technimark LLC is seeking an Inspector to perform daily visual inspections and quality checks on MiniMed products. The role requires interpreting quality data, reading drawings, and ensuring all items meet approved specifications.

You will escalate issues, participate in training, and assist with line clearances while maintaining PPE and safety protocols. The position supports a fast-paced manufacturing environment and requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods and occasionally

Qualifications

• 1+ year manufacturing field experience preferred.
• Read and interpret quality and specification data per company policies.
• Read, analyze and interpret drawings.
• Must be a team player with proactive attitude and self-motivation.
• Perform daily visual inspections of products per specifications and quality standards.
• Accept/Reject products per quality standards.
• Use visual aids including inspector/visual criteria, quality alerts, and daily inspection logs.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily visual inspections of MiniMed products per approved specifications and quality standards.
• Accept or reject products per quality standards.
• Escalate non-conformances to Quality Leadership promptly.
• Participate in training on inspection protocols, SOPs, and product specs.
• Complete additional quality-related tasks or support functions as assigned.
• Perform line clearances after each lot to ensure removal of previous materials.
• Sit or stand for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
• Use PPE as required.

Job description

• 1+ year of manufacturing field experience (preferred)
• Multi-task in fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and changing priorities using strong organization and prioritization skills
• Read and interpret quality and specification data with an understanding of company policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Read, analyze and interpret documents such as drawings
• Team player with a proactive, positive attitude and a strong sense of self-motivation, accountability, and responsibility.
• Perform daily visual inspections of MiniMed’s products per approved specifications and quality standards.
• Accept / Reject products per quality standards.
• Use appropriate visual aids including:

• Inspector Packer Visual Criteria
• Inspection Requirements Visual Criteria (visual aids)
• Quality Alerts
• Document all findings accurately and completely in the Daily Inspection Sheet.

• Escalate any non-conformances or potential quality issues to Quality Leadership in a timely manner.
• Participate in training sessions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of inspection protocols, SOPs, and product specifications.
• Complete additional quality-related tasks or support functions as assigned by MiniMed.
• Performs line clearances after each lot to ensure all materials from the previous lot have been removed.
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Frequent visual concentration and ability to perform inspections under proper lighting conditions.
• May require lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
