Job summary

Integra Connect, LLC is seeking a Quality Initiatives Data Analyst to transform healthcare data into actionable insights that improve patient outcomes and practice performance. The role centers on dashboards, data quality, curation, and analytics development across cross-functional teams.

You will build analyses, maintain data quality audits, and support publications while collaborating with Quality Initiative Managers, Data Curation, Clinical, and Technology teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
  • 5+ years of healthcare analytics, data quality, or clinical data management.
  • Proficiency with EHR data and SQL, R, Python.
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Dashboard development, testing, and maintenance for QM dashboards.
  • Support data quality management and audit files with the Curation team.
  • Generate patient lists for data curation and address discrepancies.
  • Develop analytics templates and perform ad-hoc analyses for teams.
  • Provide data-driven insights and collaborate on self-service tools.
  • Contribute to publications and present analytic results.

Job description

The Quality Initiatives (QI) Data Analyst provides quantitative insights to oncology practices and cancer centers to improve patient care and outcomes. This role is responsible for effective analytic outputs through data validation, interrogation, and standardization. The QI Analyst will collaborate closely with internal teams—including Quality Initiative Managers, Data Curation, Clinical, and Technology—to ensure that data collection and quality measure reporting meet the needs of practices and internal stakeholders.This role is responsible for building data quality audits, assessing dashboard enhancements and updates, designing curation queues for studies, developing analytics output and conducting ad-hoc requests, and supporting publications related to QI projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-savvy, forward-thinking, analytical, and passionate about leveraging data to improve patient outcomes and practice performance.Responsibilities:Dashboard Development and SupportContribute to the design, testing, and maintenance of Quality Measure (QM) dashboards to ensure accuracy and usability.Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborate with internal teams to validate dashboard functionality.Build and maintain dashboard bookmarks, filters, and configurations that enhance QI project reporting.Data Quality Management SupportInvestigate and resolve discrepancies between analytics outputs and dashboard visualizations to maintain data consistency.Develop and maintain data quality audit files for assigned projects, partnering with the Curation team to investigate and resolve issues.Data Curation SupportGenerate and manage patient lists used for data curation activities, ensuring completeness and accuracy.Review and update curated patient lists to reflect completed and abandoned cases, identifying patients eligible for inclusion.Conduct data investigations to address discrepancies identified by team members and prepare regular progress summaries or audit reports.Analytics Development and ReportingMaintain a centralized library of analytics questions, methodologies, and reusable templates across projects.Provide guidance on constructing QI analyses, interpreting results, and applying best practices for data visualization.Perform ad-hoc analyses to support senior QI Managers and project teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.Develop and refine analytic templates and dashboards for recurring reporting needs.Practice Insights and CollaborationDeliver data-driven insights in response to practice and internal stakeholder queries.Collaborate with internal teams to develop self-service data interrogation tools that empower practices to explore their data.Communicate findings clearly and effectively, supporting the translation of analytics into actionable recommendations.Publications and Thought LeadershipSupport the development of publications, abstracts, and presentations that highlight the impact of quality initiatives.Contribute to the documentation and communication of analytic results for internal and external audiences.Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Health Informatics, Public Health, or similar).
