Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a data management professional to support quality improvement initiatives across assigned areas and help develop core health services data reports. You will participate in data review processes to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will also report outcomes to management, assist with database management, and support committee activities. The role emphasizes data integrity and collaboration with flexible remote, hybrid, field, or office work

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of data management, including reporting, project management or quality improvement experience.
• Quality and Provider Performance experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support data management and quality improvement initiatives for assigned areas.
• Assist in development and coordination of core health services data reports.
• Support development of quality improvement performance audit processes.

Job description

Position Purpose

• Support the data management and quality improvement initiatives for assigned functional areas.
• Assist with the development and coordination of all core health services data reports.
• Support the development of quality improvement performance audit function processes and tools.
• Assist in designing, running, managing, and data review process for assuring accuracy and integrity of health services data reports to meet regulatory and operational requirements.
• Report outcomes and quality monitoring results to management.
• Assist with managing databases, policies and procedures related to assigned areas.
• Assist with related activities for various committees and meetings for assigned areas.

Key Details

• Must reside in the state of Iowa or Kansas.
• Quality and Provider Performance experience highly preferred.

Education / Experience

• Associate's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of data management, including reporting, project management or quality improvement experience.

Pay Range

$23.23 - $39.61 per hour

Compensation Details

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
