Job summary

Providence Health and Services is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist to support the hospital and medical staff in continually improving patient care, reducing risk, and delivering excellent customer service. The role provides facilitation and coordination for clinical and process improvements across the organization.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), is a Washington RN, and has 3 years of healthcare experience with knowledge in process improvement theories,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent educ/experience.
• Washington Registered Nurse License.
• 3 years of experience within a health care organization.
• Experience with process improvement theories and methods, adult learning principles, and data analysis methods.

Responsibilities

• Support hospital and medical staff to continually improve patient care, reduce risk, and provide excellent customer service.
• Provide support, facilitation, and coordination for clinical and process improvements across the organization.
• Assist in training and quality improvement initiatives within Providence health system.
