Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s and/or bachelor’s degree in applicable field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Solid clinical background and knowledge base required.
• Knowledge of continuous quality improvement principles, practices, methods, and tools.
• Knowledge of computer applications related to QI, including spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of medical records and clinical care processes.

• Communicate clearly to directors, managers, and coworkers.
• Take direction from others across departments as needed under the chain of command.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information such as payroll and personnel data.
• Use office machines effectively in job functions.
• Answer calls, assist the public, and forward inquiries professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
