Quality Improvement Coordinator
The Quality Improvement Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the developing, implementing, and evaluating PACE performance improvement activities. This includes, but is not limited to: 1) supporting the organization's performance improvement process; 2) identifying performance trends; and 3) prioritizing and recommending improvements through data-driven analysis. The Quality Improvement Coordinator also plays a role in ensuring compliance with all State and Federal contractual requirements regarding quality management. The Quality Improvement Coordinator reports to the Quality Improvement and Quality Improvement and Compliance Manager.
