Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in a related field and significant Quality Assurance experience in food manufacturing. Strong leadership and a thorough knowledge of FDA regulations are paramount for this role.

This position offers a salary range of $90,000-$105,000 plus bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Quality Assurance experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in a GFSI-certified manufacturing facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the site’s QMS.
• Supervise and develop quality personnel.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
