Job summary

Mars, Incorporated offers a Quality & Food Safety Internship designed to expose students to site manufacturing quality, food safety, and continuous improvement projects in the Nashville area (Lebanon, TN, Nashville, TN, Franklin, TN).

You will work with a Functional Lead mentor, participate in Mars University training, and gain hands-on experience across Food Safety, Quality Systems, and related programs during a 10- to 11-week summer program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in food science or chemistry.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Willing to undergo drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Support site Manufacturing Quality & Food Safety teams on projects.
• Engage in Food Safety, Food Defense, Quality Systems, and CI initiatives.
• Work with a Functional Lead mentor throughout the experience.
