Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Prior press operator or manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and solid problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and schematics.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to product quality.
• Comfort working independently as well as in a team setting.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate thermal press equipment per specifications and work instructions.
• Continuously monitor the pressing process for consistency, quality, and throughput.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machines.
• Inspect finished components, identify defects, and elevate issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with teammates to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
• Accurately document production data and maintain complete, reliable records.
