Job summary

Plexus Corp in Wisconsin is seeking a Manufacturing Support Technician to help ensure the quality and reliability of Plexus products. You will meticulously operate, troubleshoot, and maintain test equipment, contributing to efficient testing processes and defect resolution.

Under supervision, you will apply good manufacturing practices, assist direct production line operators, and support process control and safety awareness as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Executes Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
• Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
• Demonstrates a basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.
• Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
• Basic Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.
