Minco Products, Inc. is seeking a Quality Final Inspector to join our Corporate Quality team at our headquarters in Fridley, Minnesota. In this full-time position, you'll partner with assemblers and engineers to ensure exceptional product quality, conforming to rigorous standards while fostering a positive customer experience.
This role requires a high school diploma and experience in manufacturing, with an emphasis on attention to detail and communication skills. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 1st shift, contributing to a dynamic and supportive workplace environment.
Minco is a global provider of flex circuit solutions, thermal solutions, and temperature sensing and control solutions serving the medical, aerospace, defense, oil and gas, power generation and other high-reliability applications industries. We are seeking a Quality Final Inspector to join our Corporate Quality team.
As a Final Inspector, you will partner with assemblers, manufacturing technicians, and engineers to uphold Minco’s quality standards. This role plays a vital part in ensuring exceptional product quality and a positive customer experience. This is a regular full‑time position located in our headquarters in Fridley, Minnesota. It is a 1st shift position working Monday – Friday.
