Job summary

Stratosphere Quality in Kentucky is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities. You will supervise on-site teams, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with clients to keep projects on track.

The role requires hands-on manufacturing leadership, travel to local facilities, and a focus on safety and training. We offer paid training, PTO from day one, health benefits, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience supervising teams and coaching members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites

• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships
• Develop work instructions and oversee project setup
• Travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to manage projects
